reforr facilitates introductions between Companies and Candidates through HR Partners. We do not guarantee that a Company will find a suitable Candidate, that a Candidate will receive an interview, offer or job, or that any hire will be successful or continue for any period. All hiring decisions are made solely by the Company.

reforr is not the employer of any Candidate and is not responsible for salaries, statutory benefits, working conditions, background of employment or termination. Employment terms are agreed directly between the Company and the Candidate.

reforr never charges Candidates for applying, referrals, interviews or placements. Anyone requesting money, deposits or documents for payment in reforr's name is not authorised. Do not pay, and report it to us through Support and, where appropriate, to the Delhi Police Cyber Cell or the national cyber-crime portal (cybercrime.gov.in, helpline 1930).

Requirements, profiles, resumes and messages are provided by users. reforr screens referrals and reviews requirements but does not independently verify every statement, credential, qualification or employment history. Companies should conduct their own background, reference and document checks before making an offer.

HR Partners are independent contractors and not employees, agents or representatives of reforr. reforr is not responsible for any statement, promise or conduct of an HR Partner beyond what is set out in our Terms.

Match scores, summaries and duplicate or risk flags are generated with the help of automated tools and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are advisory aids only and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision.

Reward amounts and Joining Fees shown on the Platform are subject to the accepted Recruitment Agreement, payment verification, duplicate checks, applicable taxes and our Terms. Display of an amount does not by itself create an entitlement.

The Platform relies on third-party providers for hosting, email, SMS and payments, and may link to external sites. reforr is not responsible for their availability, content, security or practices.

We aim to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages or events beyond our control may affect access.

Nothing on the Platform is legal, tax, financial or employment-law advice. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, reforr is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the Platform's content. This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the arbitration clause in our Terms and Conditions.
